The story
Claude Bittal's path to cybersecurity leadership began somewhere no career plan would have predicted. Ten chapters, one direction: forward.
Music
Before technology, there was music. Claude was a musician and a drummer, and music was an important part of his personal and professional life.
The turning point
A severe road accident and a life-changing injury changed the direction of his life. The plan he had was no longer the life in front of him.
Rehabilitation
At Loewenstein Rehabilitation Medical Center, recovery became a long and demanding journey. Progress came in small steps, and every step had to be earned.
Rebuilding
The goal grew beyond returning to the life he had before. It became building a new one: independence, purpose and a full professional and social life.
Technology
He entered the world of technology and IT, and found in systems and networks a new field to master from the ground up.
Cybersecurity
Information security became his profession: helping organizations prepare for disruption, withstand it and recover from it.
Leadership
Over more than two decades he grew into senior cybersecurity leadership, including CISO-level roles, and founded SecureTech.
Israel and beyond
Today he works with companies and organizations in Israel and internationally, across AI security, critical infrastructure and cyber resilience.
The stage
Claude now brings both worlds to the stage: cyber resilience from his profession, human resilience from his life. The drummer is still there, in the rhythm of every story.
Giving back
Part of his speaking is dedicated to hospitals, rehabilitation settings and communities, where the story can make a difference beyond the stage.
